Routine Follow-Up: Medication Management
(25 minutes)

Ongoing care for patients on psychiatric medication, including monitoring, adjustments, and addressing side effects.

Long Follow-Up: Therapy Session
(45/55 minutes)

Therapy sessions to explore challenges, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful change using evidence-based approaches (for example, CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic, and more).

Measuring Your Progress

We believe care should be measurable and meaningful. Throughout treatment, we regularly check in on your progress, including how you’re feeling, functioning, and improving. This lets us ensure that your care plan is working for you. This helps us make informed adjustments and deliver the best possible results over time.
